Cardiff welcomes fourth business centre from Regus
The global serviced office giant Regus has recently opened another business centre in Cardiff. This is the fourth of its kind in one of the most economically successful areas in the UK, and Regus hopes that its addition will continue to offer local businesses the opportunity to grow.
The new serviced office centre is based at one of the prime addresses in Cardiff, at Brunel House on Fitzalan Road. Located on the 15th storey, the offices provide great views of the city and quick access to the train station on Queen Street.
The goal of the business centre is to provide essential business support to start ups and provide them an entry point to the local business community, which consists of nearly 3,000 small to medium sized firms and many large internationals.
The Regional Director for Regus, Celia Donne commented:
“We took the decision to open our fourth centre in Cardiff due to consistently strong growth across all of our products over the last couple of years. Companies of all sizes are driving demand for flexible ways to entering new markets or of making fewer resources go further while fulfilling the needs of an increasingly mobile workforce. Our Virtual Office product, for instance, has seen a 20% rise in customers at the Cardiff centres over the last year.”
There are also redevelopment plans in the pipeline for surrounding areas, such as Central Square and Callaghan Square, which will see a new business district created. The local council has welcomed the new business centre, which is sure to attract many businesses.
