Orega signs seven new clients
Orega is celebrating the signing of seven new tenants at their Staines serviced office centre which takes the total of occupied workstations up to 87.
Starting the New Year on a high, three of Orega’s new clients are from abroad and are taking serviced offices in the UK for the very first time. The local amenities and great transport links have played a large role in these businesses choosing Staines as their UK base. Three other clients had existing office space nearby but chose to move to the Staines business centre either due to expansion or because they were attracted to the service offering of Orega.
Sarah Pennacchini, the manager of the business centre, revealed that Orega’s business centre in Staines, has experienced an exciting ‘wave of activity’ for some time. She went on to comment:
“This has resulted in signings totalling almost 5,800 square feet. International clients like Coraid and McDermott recognise our excellent access to Heathrow airport, London and southern England via the motorway network.”
Orega was awarded the Officebroker.com Business Centre of the Month accolade back in January 2011 and offers a national network of serviced offices. The company is reputed for providing flexible office solutions to a variety of businesses from small start-ups to well established organisations. Orega has recently launched a part-time flexible office service allowing businesses to take workstations part of the week and then spend the rest of their time elsewhere.
