Avanta extends Reading business centre targeting SMEs
In Reading, Avanta the serviced office provider have recently launched their newly expanded business centre which has been renovated to provide small companies with extra serviced offices. The serviced office suites provide between three and five desks and have been tailored to meet with the growing needs of small to medium sized businesses developing markets within the Reading area.
Avanta’s Sales & Marketing director Geraint Evans commented:

Officebroker.com, specialists in the serviced office market, support the findings that Reading is an attractive proposition for small businesses and start-ups. Their Serviced Office Review highlighted that in the Thames Valley area on average 4.6 workstations were required per tenant last year. These findings suggest that Avanta’s new offices will be ideal for the current demands of SMEs in the locality.
The business centre located at Dukesbridge House offers small companies a range of services including meeting rooms with Wi-Fi, high tech amenities and a supportive and expert team.
